Frontline design from the Enola Gaye Smoke Grenade Company, the EG18X will go beyond what you expect from a smoke grenade. Pull the ring to the side and green smoke will bellow from the top of this device. The EG18X uses our Wire Pull™ ignition system.

All of our smoke grenades are non-toxic and have a sulphur-less composition, unlike cheap smoke bombs that you see on the market, Enola Gaye products are the safe and easy to use; no training is needed.
With a 50 second burn time the green smoke cloud that is produced will envelop your entire team with just one smoke grenade.

EG18X Smoke grenades
These are MUCH better than their smaller offerings. The smaller is really only enough for marking, not obscuring. One EG18X is good enough for obscuring a brief maneuver. 2 x EG18s are good enough to conceal a fire team maneuver. I would give it 5 stars except the casing is very thin and they don't survive well bumping and banging around loose in pouches. Consider a hard case when carrying them on your kit. Waterproof them in a ziplock and wrap some heavy duty rubber bands around them while storing...ditch the ziplock when about to employ them. The rubber bands will help them survive when thrown as they can break if tossed hard. Ideal (thickest) dispersion happens when can is straight up and down and light to no wind. On a very windy day, you will need to toss at least 3 upwind to obscure any movements. Wish they burned about 5-10 seconds longer...and wish the casing was tougher. Other than those small things, it's a great smoke grenade for the money. Definitely a better buy than the IWA M14. Will definitely buy again.

All you need to know is the X stands for extra volumes of smoke!! I like that they have multiple colour options and the igniter is all but foolproof. I had never used EnolaGaye smoke grenades previously but I am glad I tried them...2 thumbs up and 5 stars...!!!

EG18X Smoke grenade
This was my first experience with Enola Gaye products and it was all good. The amount of smoke produced and discharge time vs cost per unit makes it a great value, especially if you get some friends to split a case. We used several different colors and the performance was top notch. EG smoke grenades will be in our load out bags from now on!
