HK MP5A5 Elite Custom HPA Package

Customer service was some of the best I have seen, the staff answered all of my questions and dealt with any mistakes with professionalism. For example they sent me an extra battery but not my wide bore air line. They rushed the air line and told me to keep the battery. In my experience with other companies they want the wrong item sent back. They paid for the shipping of the air line and it came quick! As far as any questions, I am a new player so as you can imagine I had a lot. They took the time to explain the difference between different products and even gave a recommendation on the product I should get, based on my play style. Now for the quality. I purchased the MP5A5, but had them up grade it to an HPA. I chose the Reaper Spartan, upgraded barrel and hop up. I got it within a week of ordering it. It shoots like a laser beam. I have no question that this airsoft gun is going to be with me for years to come. I was very impressed with the workmanship and quality of work with my MP5A5. Because of the workmanship and the customer service, they will be my company of choice, for everything from BB’s (which I can’t every seem to find in New Mexico) to my next major gun purchase. I highly recommend this company to anyone that might be on the fence on getting a custom airsoft gun.
