Order Processing & Shipping Information

Express orders (3-day, 2-day and Next day) placed before 1:00PM EST are shipped the same day. If order is received after 1:00PM EST, it may not be shipped until the following business day.
Domestic Grounds or USPS Priority / First Class orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (not including weekends and holidays.)

International orders can take 2-3 business days.
Pre-order dates are subject to change.
All custom builds can take 3-5 business days for assembly and testing.
Airsoftjunkiez air lines and grip lines can take 1-2 business days for assembly and testing.
We ship ALL airsoft guns, including rifles, pistols, and other types of airsoft products that can propel a 6mm plastic projectile, with a BLAZE ORANGE TIP, in accordance with federal law. Please consult your local law enforcement agency if you do not know whether airsoft is legal in your area. When purchasing this item, the buyer warrants that he/she is 18 years of age or older and is legally able to purchase the item shown. It is the responsibility of the BUYER to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws
USPS Priority 2-3 day is an estimate and is not guaranteed to arrive in the 2-3 days listed. If you need your order to be guaranteed in 2-3 days, we highly encourage the use of expedited (FedEx and UPS Express) shipping. We will not refund USPS Priority shipping if there are any delays once they are in possession of the package.

Warranty and Returns

All returns/warranty work must have an approved RMA.
We accept product defect exchanges within 7 calendar days after delivery of the product.
Usage of low-quality BBs can cause extensive damage to internal components and void warranty. We recommend BBs of at least .20g and from a quality brand ie: HPA (High Power Airsoft), G&G, or Elite Force.
Usage of low- quality and / or high-pressure Green Gas can cause extensive damage to internal components and void warranty.
Airsoftjunkiez Products: Have a 90-day warrant, unless otherwise noted. This includes rifles, pistols, regulators, electronic boards, and other products under the "Airsoftjunkiez" branding.
Airsoftjunkiez Air lines and Grip lines: Have a 5-year warranty.
Airsoftjunkiez Expert and Professional Series: Have a 1-year warranty and service plan. We will cover labor for any cleaning or repair the gun needs in this time. If parts are damaged by the user, the parts will not be covered. Shipping must be paid for by the buyer.
Custom Builds: Our gun builds come with a 90-day parts and assembly guarantee. This means the gun should be in proper working condition when it arrives. The gun should also be in new condition as well. Small scuffs may appear on pins or around pins as we fully disassemble everything for each custom install. If the damage is greater than minor cosmetic blemishes or the rifle is having functionality issues, please contact us immediately. If the gun is used and problems are not reported within 7 days of arriving, we will not be liable for cosmetic damage. We will gladly help troubleshoot functionality issues and if there is truly a problem with the parts, we will cover the shipping back to us to look over and repair the item. All Custom Orders and Custom Builds Are Not Refundable or Exchangeable.
Hazardous Materials: Items classified as hazardous ie: Taginn pyrotechnics, Enola Gaye, Green Gas, or Co2 cartages cannot be returned.
All returns will be inspected upon arrival to determine warranty coverage.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method received or can be applied as store credit.
Original shipping cost will NOT be refunded for non-warranty related requests.
Returns without RMA will be denied.

Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process through. If your refund was issued by PayPal this may take longer.

We are not held accountable if any items are not delivered to us or lost in shipping. We highly recommend insuring items for their full value.
