So I finally decided to make the next upgrade of my Ares Striker AS1 to HPA. I found this to be a super easy install that took maybe thirty minutes total instal time. I found it almost plug and play with the only mods I had to do to the striker is filing and drilling holes for the line to route through the stock. I haven’t tested it out yet but I am confident that I will find it to be the best upgrade to the gun yet.!

While there is a small amount of modifications needed, Youtube it, the drop in installation of this unit is so simple and easy and in my opinion gives better performance than spring. Not to mention the quietness of the shot is unbelievable. Would absolutely recommend this. Full video review on Halcyon Airsoft youtube page coming soon.

Was super easy to install besides the slight dremel work to route the air line. I will say if I didn’t already have a tank and regulator I probably would have just built it as a spring gun but being I did this is perfect. Not spring to pull back makes cycling rounds easier and faster. Does leak a little if using above 100psi, but I haven’t been able to get it on a chrono to see what psi is even necessary for sniper level joules/FPS. Overall a great system if you want to run hpa on your sniper rifle.
